Orders are processed and shipped the next business day, Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Expedited Shipping: $30 Shipping via Canada Post Xpress Post (1-5 business days)

PICK-UPS

Orders can be picked up free of charge. To arrange a pick-up date and time, please email christine@lashsocialclub.com. Orders will be ready for the arranged time slot. Should you need to reschedule your pickup, please email or text us as soon as possible.

Pick-ups are done in Ottawa, Ontario (Orleans and Findlay Creek).

RETURNS

All sales are final. In the event that an item is damaged, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt for exchange.

DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT

In the event that shipment is defective, it must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We will contact our carrier to start a damage investigation. Please email christine@lashsocialclub.com
